Access to the Ctrl AI workspace at the tier you signed up for, with the signers, signed Ctrls, surfaces, and watchers listed in /pricing. BYOK at every tier — your model spend bills directly to your provider.

The subscription fee for your tier. Annual contracts include a 30-day cancellation guarantee. We notify you 60 days before any rate change.

Service availability per the SLA on your tier (99.9% for Company, 99.95% for Enterprise). Email support response within the window for your tier. If we break the SLA, you get service-credit per our standard schedule.

Every receipt and the full transparency-log chain head are yours, exportable, and verifiable forever — including after you stop being a customer. We do not retain proprietary rights to your documents, your Ctrls, or your invocations.

Prices (with 60 days notice). Subprocessor list (with 30 days notice for Enterprise; published list otherwise). Feature set within a tier — but we will not remove features you depend on without a written deprecation notice and a migration path.

Resell access. Use Ctrl AI to build infrastructure that replicates Ctrl AI's receipts and transparency-log mechanics as a competing product. Use it for anything that violates applicable law.

Governed by Delaware law; venue in San Francisco County, CA. Good-faith negotiation first; arbitration if that fails; class actions waived per standard SaaS terms.
